Shipping Policy, Exhanges & Returns

We ship all products from our studio in Bangalore, where they are designed and manufactured.

 All orders are delivered within 3-4 working days(Within India)

We will we will work on the best possible duration to send you your order.

Please note number of days mentioned excludes non-working days and holidays.

Aagghhoo team will not be held responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.



Shipping cost varies from Rs. 150-500/- depending on the delivery location and weight of the shipment



Our payment partner Citrus PayU money accepts credit/debit cards.

We do have a Net-banking payment option as well. Just choose the manual payment mode and it will direct you to the account details.

We will accept all major debit and credit cards and Paypal transactions after 31 March 2020. 

Returns  and Exchanges

All our products are made giving utmost importance to quality standards. Since our products are 100% natural, handwoven,

naturally dyed there are possibilities of slubs, colour variation, weave variations which are normal and shouldn't be considered as defects.

Should you need to return any product for any other reason like size issue we would be more than happy to exchange. 


Just make sure the tags are intact, it's unused, unwashed, no stains else we will not be able to accept it back. Please contact us within 24 hours of

receipt of the product and allow 5 working days for us to process the credit note. Any order concerns that are highlight after 24 hours will be difficult to address.



As a sustainable practice we do not keep stock of most of designs. Once we receive an order, we process it within 24 hours and start working on it.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation request within 24hours of you’re placing an order.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel once the order is accepted, processed and the shipment is out of our studio for delivery.
